About Me.
A Manager who has worked for Blue Chip Companies in the corporate world along with smaller Family-Run Businesses, someone who understands the demands and challenges a business faces on a daily basis.
I have a two key philosophy's - Teamwork makes the dreamwork and it is All about the people. Developing and engaging your team are the first steps on your journey of success.
I believe that accountability and ownership are essential in moving a business forward, the team need to be clear in what the vision is and how they are going to get there.
It is my goal to help businesses and the people in them to grow and reach their full potential, whilst giving exceptional customer service along the way.
I have been involved with process management, Lean production, FMCG environments and time critical services but always with the focus on giving the customer an awesome journey, but not loosing focus on the bottom line.

E-Commerce

Project managed the implementation of the Marks and Spencer e-commerce business.

Planned and executed the operational requirements including; Layout, installation and set up of a sortation machine (tilt and tray), conveyors, Installation of "all garment hanging system" on 4 floors.

Layout of inbound for loose loads, containers and clothing deliveries.

Established and improved operational KPI's.

Established and developed a carrier network for the distribution of Clothing, homeware parcels, wines, flowers and wine. Introducing a next day delivery promise and live POD's.
Project Management

Project managed the build and layout of 3 pick towers creating an additional 675,000 pick locations.

Continuous improvement through large scale Kaizens and lean management principles.

Implementation of warehouse and supply chain systems, such as NAV Dynamic, Slim4.

New delivery networks, route planners and tracking systems.

New builds of up to 500,000 square feet.

Opening new premises and moving from one site to another for both warehouse fulfilment and e-commerce operations.
